Tying in the history of the hotel, this poker-themed steak experience will spotlight a different ranch from May to August. Guests who select the steak flight as their entrée will receive one collectible poker pin, featuring a different suit each month (spades, hearts, clubs, diamonds).

Guests who collect the full set of four poker pins will receive an exclusive invitation this upcoming fall to an an intimate dinner with the ranchers who helped shape the Summer of Steak.
